  Personal Support Vendor Services provide assistance with daily living needs and individualized support goals as determined by the Self-Directed plan.
• Respite Vendor Services
  Respite Vendor Services provide short-term support intended to offer temporary relief for primary caregivers while ensuring continuity of care.
• Community Development Services (CDS) Vendor Services
  Community Development Services (CDS) Vendor Services support community engagement, skill development, and increased independence in alignment with Self-Directed goals.
